Delivery and Shipping Policy

DELIVERIES POLICES

Deliveries within UAE:

Smart Garden Center offer free delivery services within UAE for orders above1000 AED.

For orders less than 1000 AED a 25 AED delivery charges will be charged.

Smart Garden Center arranging shipments deliveries though third party specialized shipping companies or directly through our Local partners who are selling and showing their different brands in our website.

Deliveries for in stock items :

Deliveries for in stock items will be made within 3-5 working days from order confirmation and receiving acknowledgment of that order and accepted payment ( in some cases deliverers can be made faster than advised ) please contact us prior confirming the order to re confirm the availability of required items.

Before and after confirming the orders and in case of any change of advised delivery date due to unexpected reason, we will notify you and keep you updated with the new delivery schedule and You are not liable for any claim or any compensation for any unexpected delivery delay rather than the delivery schedule advised.

Deliveries for items with lead time :

For products with lead time and which need to be ordered, delivery schedule will be shown on the delivery section in the product page, please contact us prior confirming the order to re confirm the availability of required items.

Note: For orders with lead time, please order it in separate order and transaction ( please do not mix it with orders for in stock items ) and you can pay full or 50% of the total order amount by applying the 50% down payment code in the Checkout page, This code is advised in the delivery section in the product page, The balance payment to be paid after your ordered products will arrive and be available and before delivery. Prior confirming the order, please make sure that you ordered the right product and model since refund and exchange not applicable for orders with lead time which needs to be ordered specially for you from suppliers.

Deliveries within GCC and Middle East countries:

We do not offer deliveries within GCC and Middle East countries; however and in case you are interested to buy from our website we can help in advising the right Delivery company and we can deliver the ordered materials to the delivery company located in UAE. Please contact us and our support team will be in contact with you to advise estimated delivery charges and schedule to your country and delivery charges can be paid directly to the delivery company and you are not liable for any claim or any compensation for any unexpected delivery delay and other issues between you and delivery company.

General delivery conditions:

Advised delivery schedule for in stock items and items with lead time can be changed due to any unexpected reason and you are always advised to contact us to re confirm the availability.

You are not liable for any claim or any compensation for any unexpected delivery delay rather the delivery schedule advised before and after confirming the order and always we will struggle to offer a solution for the delivery change situations and keep you closely advised with any updates.

If for any reason the Product you ordered is no longer available ( in stock or with lead time ), we will contact you using the contact details you provided when placing your order and either: 
     - Offer you an alternative Product of equivalent quality and price if this is possible; or
     - Cancel the order and provide you a full refund in respect of that Product only with same amount

You are not liable for any claim or any compensation for products no longer available.

If we are unable to contact you or do not receive a response from you, we will process any remaining Products on your order and refund you for the Products we were unable to supply.

Note:

www.smartgardencenter.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE”.

Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Undeliverable Products:

The courier company and Smart Garden Center will attempt to contact and deliver a product to the customer for a period of 5 working days.

 A product is considered “Undeliverable” if both the courier company and Smart Garden Center are not able to reach the customer during that period. 
This may be due to unanswered phone calls attempts or emails or wrong contact and delivery information provided by buyer during order checkout time.
After the above allowance period Smart Garden Center cannot guarantee the availability of the product

And If the product is no longer available and upon the customer's desire, a refund can be processed less the delivery charges payable directly to the courier company.

You are not liable for any claim or any compensation for any Undeliverable Products

Delivery address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with the accurate address on which the delivery is to be made. In case of any inappropriateness in the address, we cannot be held liable and hence will not be accountable for any kind of replacement or refund request. In case the delivery does not reach you at all because of no fault of yours, we will provide replacement or compensation and You are not liable to claim any amount other than the amount of your initial confirmed order.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. You acknowledge that requested delivery dates are non-binding and are estimates only and that you have no claim against us for any delays or early deliveries and or any change in delivery schedule.
Smart Garden Center is not responsible for:
•    Products delivered to incorrect addresses advised by the sender
•    Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address advised by the buyer
•    Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient
Under normal circumstances, we will try to ensure that your order is delivered to the address you provide. However, there are times when this is not possible due to problems with the address information that our customers provide or due to problems the drivers encounter when attempting to deliver the order. It is very important that you ensure that the recipient address you provide is always accurate and that you give additional instructions to assist the drivers in locating difficult-to-find addresses. it is also very important that you keep us informed if you find that the recipient's address or availability on address changes prior to the order being delivered to you.
Some residential communities  or offices do not allow for deliveries on Friday and Saturday or any specific dates; hence it is the buyer’s responsibility to check the allowed delivery timings of the recipients. The same applies to locations that required gate passes to access. Customer must provide the permit to Smart Garden Center prior to delivery.

Availability and substitution.
All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties or if the quality of the items that are needed to fulfill your order do not meet our quality standards, Smart Garden Center team will suggest alternatives to you, Where this is necessary, we will contact you via email or phone you provided to us prior delivery date. If you wish to discuss the substitution we have made, you can contact us through any of the previously mentioned way.
Should you not agree to the proposed substitution, the value of the unavailable item shall be refunded and you are not liable for any claim or any compensation due to that

To ensure that we can communicate effectively with both customers and recipients, it is very important that you provide accurate personal information when ordering, Please remember that we value your privacy and will not lease, rent or sell your private information (refer to Privacy Policy).
By accessing, viewing, or using the website, you indicate that you understand these Terms and Conditions and accept them as the legal equivalent of a signed, written contract, binding you to them. Smart Garden Center reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the website.
